Latin American cuisine keeps on invading Paris to delight inhabitants’ taste buds.
After Mexican taqueria ACA in Pigalle, Mina’s Brazilian street food in the 10th arrondissement, here is Paris-Boca, the new Argentinean canteen in Paris 9th arrondissement.
Created by Natalia Pirillo-Font and Anne-Louise Brosseau, Paris-Boca gives pride of place to Argentinean pizzas, genuine street-food symbol in the country of Maradona. Here, they are sold by the slice or to share, and you can even custom-make a two-taste pizza if you hesitate between several recipes.
Pizzas made it to Argentina thanks to the immigration of Italians. At Paris-Boca, pizzas are filled with Argentinean ingredients such as Fugazzeta Rellena, the house’s signature pizza stuffed with muzza, an Argentinean cheese.
On Paris-Boca menu as well: fainas, chickpea flatbread.
Restaurant but also a bar, Paris-Boca provides you with Argentinean wines, beers and cocktails.
In a wooden décor, Paris-Boca canteen usually enjoys 30 seats. But because of Covid, it only has 15.
Paris-Boca Argentinean pizzas are also available to takeaway.
You cannot go on a vacation to Buenos Aires? Instead, you can enjoy Paris-Boca Argentinean street-food.
