The Normandy market settles in Paris for a discovery of regional products!

For three days, about fifty producers from all over Normandy will set up shop along the Seine in the Saint-Victor district of Paris' 5th arrondissement, at the Port de la Tournelle. They will offer the best of Normandy specialties during a Normandy Market!

Tastings, sales of Norman products and animations are on the program for a gourmet immersion in one of the most beautiful regions of France.

The Normandy Market offers specialties to drink such as ciders, spirits, beers and local juices. As for food, the Marché Normand offers cheeses, charcuterie, shellfish, various fish, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, sweet and savory groceries and wellness products.

For theaperitif, visitors will be able to taste aperitif boards, seafood plates, cider and beer bars, ice creams, teurgoule, cookies and much more.

The Normandy market will also offer free educational animations to visitors and information about the destination Normandy!

On the program of animations:

• Discover Normandy by taking part in the Giant Goose Game
  
  
• Try your hand at molding Neufchâtel, the emblematic heart-shaped cheese from Seine Maritime, one of the 4 Normandy PDO cheeses, Fridayfrom 2:30 to 3:30 pm
  
  
• Make your own butter with the Isigny Butter and Cream PDO, Friday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm
  
  
• Chef Paulo Ferreira will also lead culinary workshops to help visitors discover the secrets of Norman gastronomy. Every day, participants will learn how to make butter, fresh cheese, mold Neufchâtel, or cook tripe, oysters, forgotten vegetables, "bon plan" fish, Livarot (cheese), Camembert de Normandie, whelks and many other Norman specialties.
