Bigbang restaurant has undergone a makeover this Fall 2020 and now highlights Korean haute gastronomy, especially Korean barbecue based on fresh ingredients. Marinated beef, chicken breast, duck breast, pork belly, the chef personally selects the best meats to make your barbecue as friendly as possible.
As sides for the main course, you can enjoy grilled dumplings, caramelized chicken wings fritters, or kimchi pork stirred with tofu. A glass of tea served in beautiful china puts the final touch to our journey.
Other staple Korean cuisine dishes are served at Bigbang: bibimbap served in a boiling hot stone bowl, marinated beef and soy sauce (bulgogi), you will love it. Dishes are made with the greatest care by Korean cook KIM KYNG YONG, experienced cook specialized in Korean gastronomy for decades: a delight put to the test and approved!
