Chef Amine Ifakren's cuisine is rooted throughout the Mediterranean basin, offering a daring menu that evolves with the seasons and his inspirations. Rich in sun-drenched flavors, it draws its inspiration from the colors and flavors of these vibrant lands, where sharing is the order of the day.
From zaatar stracciatella cabbage to smoked gambas, harissa, grilled octopus, pistachio, sea bass & rib-eye steak to share, fig with thyme, briouat with almonds, the Solis restaurant shares its Mediterranean flavors with you through the Signature menu offered every evening from Monday to Saturday.
The lunch menu, from Monday to Friday, changes every week, according to new arrivals and the Chef's inspirations.
On weekends, it's brunch at Solis. A Mediterranean buffet of mezzés, ceviches, mixed salads, pastries and pastries, accompanied by live music on Saturdays and a seafood platter on Sundays and public holidays.
