With the heat (or not), you may feel like you need a lovely iced tea. And what if you let yourselves be tempted by the excellent Tokyo Mojito tea, freshly made? Is there anything more festive or summer-like than a mojito-inspired tea?
This tea pays homage to 160 years of friendship between France and Japan. This explains why, in addition to mint and lime, we find an excellent green tea combined to Japanese yuzu.
This organic green tea is sold in a superb bottled with a built-in measuring jug. Costing €40 per 160gr, it can seem expensive, but you have to know that you can make up to 6.34 gal us of iced tea.
It can also be enjoyed in one of the Mariage Frères tea lounges for €10. If you go there, don’t miss to accompany your drink with a Tokyo Mojito French Cactus éclair, a true delight (€12 in the lounge and €8.50 to take away). We could never say it enough, Mariage Frères tea pastry are to die for.
Feel like going for more freshness? Go for the Melting Frost, this lovely trio of ice creams and sorbets with Bastille Day tea, Paris tea time tea ice cream, Midnight in Paris tea sorbet, caramel with salt flower and frozen macaron with Iskandar tea (€17 at the tea lounge only).
Enjoy you refreshment!
