Blitz restaurant is already one.
This restaurant providing Jewish cuisine set in Paris 11th arrondissement in the Rue Rochebrune, featuring views on the greenery of the Square Maurice Gardette, offers a menu with Mediterranean touches evolving with seasons.
Chef Anthony Isaac especially offers on the menu, his specialties: Ashkenazi poultry livers, slightly spicy koftas and even shakshuka.
For spring/summer 2019, the new menu features some novelties such as grilled squid with asparagus and wild garlic, potato salad with pesto, middle-east tartare and bouillabaisse Blitz way.
And at the end of the week, the chef offers a new recipe. This season, on weekends, at Blitz, you can discover ceviche, cold soups and even new salads with sunny flavors.
