This November 25, 2021, Madame Rêve – the latest hotel in Paris city center – opens their restaurant La Plume. Le Plume is a restaurant featuring panoramic views on Paris and a tree-filled patio serving gastronomy inspired by Japan and desserts by Pierre Hermé.

A month after its opening, the latest 5-star hotel Madame Rêve is about to reveal their panoramic restaurant.
La Plume, gourmet panoramic restaurant and rooftop bar welcomes their first patrons on November 25, 2021.

On the same floor as the hotel’s bedrooms and suites, covering 500sqm, La Plume is a panoramic restaurant with a tree-filled patio where grow over 100 different species.

In the kitchen, chef Benjamin Six serves gastronomy mostly inspired by Japan. On La Plume’s menu? Edamame, bluefin tuna tataki, wagyu beef gunkan, or seabream sashimi, and we are only speaking of the starters. Moving on to hot mains, the chef serves sole tempura, grilled salmon teriyaki, karaage chicken and wagyu sirloin steak.

Moving on to La Plume’s desserts, they are simply made by Pierre Hermé. Suzette cheesecake, Tarte infiniment Tatin or even 2000 feuilles are available on the sweet menu put up together by the famous pastry chef.

At the marble U-shaped bar of La Plume, one can enjoy signature cocktails.

The main asset of La Plume? Its panoramic views on Paris and its rooftops, and especially the neighboring Church of Saint-Eustache.

Madame Rêve restaurant La Plume sounds like a dream. Shall we give it a go?
