Unforgettable moments – born of the subtle balance between delightful surprise and familiar ritual – make up the French art of hospitality.

A butler will take visitors on a private tour to see how the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel experience is created. After being greeted in the Grand Salon, they visit a Seine Suite and are shown all the little attentions that make each stay so unique, like the table setting for a dinner in the winter garden close by the Seine, the selection of special pillows, or the drawing of a rose petal bath in the bathroom.

Next, visitors see the Butlers’ Room, the specialist sanctum where the preparations for all these little attentions are practiced as an art form.
