Brasserie Thoumieux chef Sylvestre Wahid takes care of you by offering 3 different breakfasts likely to meet your needs so that you can start you day in Paris right off!
In the Brasserie intimate and modern décor, hotel clients as well as passersby are welcomed.
No matter what menu you choose, you’ll like the finesse of the products and the house’s particular know-how.
2 breakfasts:
Classic and very local, it features a selection of viennoiseries, fresh or toasted bread to yourliking, Bordier butter or honey, a seasonal fruit salad (currently with citrus fruits, a hot beverage (coffee, Mariage Frères tea) and some fresh fruit juices squeezed to order (grapefruit, orange...).
Perfect for the foodies enjoying keeping things interesting!
Cold cuts, cheeses, salmon… As well as eggs cooked to your liking: soft-boiled, scrambled, sunny-side-up or omelette
To these two options are added a selection of dishes such as pancakes, sausages, cheese and even smoked salmon.
Thoumieux breakfasts are served in brand-new Monbijou china.
The viennoiserie basket is very hearty (a pain au chocolat, a croissant and two madeleines per person). If the quantity may be scary, know that viennoiseries are available on lunch size, which is bigger than a mini-viennoiserie but smaller than a traditional one. They come from the baker across the street, so does the bread. As for madeleines, they are made on the spot.
Eggs are cooked to order and to your liking. Scrambled eggs are finely seasonned with chives, so good. For more crisp, you can add some extra grilled bacon. As for Sunny-side-ups, the plating is just perfect and are served with chives.
Served every day from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, these breakfasts are the promise to start the day well, with pleasure and softness...
