The best exhibitions in Paris this March 2018

After this long grey winter, March announces the spring of arts! Over 20 exhibitions open their doors in a few weeks, and great art fairs galore for a breath of fresh air to lift up spirits… Here’s a summary so that you won’t forget a thing!

On the occasion for International Women’s Day, the AWARE association: Archives of Women Artists, Research & Exhibitions takes over the public area for a long weekend with one historical, cultural and social question: what are the works by women artists that marked the Parisian landscapes and where are they?

The Drawing Fair is back at Paris Palais de la Bourse from March 21 to March 26, 2018. It will welcome galleries specialized in ancient, modern or contemporary drawings and apprearing among the most prestigious ones of the field. Over 1000 drawings will be brought together in the historic setting of Palais Brongniart, for your greatest happiness. 

Drawing Now Paris 2018Drawing Now Paris 2018, the modern drawing fair
Drawing Now, the modern drawing fair is back from March 22 to March 25, 2018 at Paris Carreau du Temple for a 12th edition full of surprises. About 80 galleries selected by an independent committee of celebrities from the art universe, expect you to discover the modern art stage through modern drawing.

Grand Marché d’Art Contemporain de Chatou 2018Chatou Great Market of Modern Art
Grand Marché d’Art Contemporain in Chatou is back from March 30 to April 1, 2018 on the Île des Impressionnistes. For this edition, the Grand Marché d’Art Contemporain will present the latest creations completed by about 150 plastic artists, drawers, photographers and sculptors.

Musée Maillol returns with Foujita’s production in the roaring twenties for an exhibition running from March 7 to July 15, 2018. For this delightful exhibition, over 100 paintings and watercolor-paintings reveal Foujita’s art in the twenties, his Parisian years!

This is an event at Paris Les Arts Décoratifs museum. Come and admire the most beautiful jewels of the 20th century through a very beautiful exhibition running from March 7 to July 1, 2018.
